Java Card developers,
we are glad seeing your interest to our project. Since the launch of the official website of jCardSim was only 2 weeks, and every day we see that the number of users jCardSim constantly growing, and by reports from Google Analytics jcardsim.org we can learn geography.

First, a little about politics. Unfortunately, the Java Card specification does not allow open-source implementation, and in the nearest future we will not be able to become a licensee of Java Card Technology. But this is not a reason to get upset. We believe that the openness of the platform, a synonym for its security. Proprietary code will always contain more bugs and vulnerabilities than open. Therefore, we will continue to develop and maintain jCardSim.

Nearest plans:

• July 2012 - CREATE APPLET support, improved compatibility with a set of apdutool's commands
• August-September 2012 - module for NetBeans JavaCard plugin
